Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Finance Associate to join our Corporate Finance vertical. The role supports the firm in preparing financial and project documentation, analysing business operations, and assisting clients in planning and raising funds. It is well suited to a freshly qualified professional looking to build a strong foundation in project finance and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Project Reports for new and existing ventures.
• Preparation of CMA data and reports for bank loan proposals.
• Preparation of Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) reports.
• Study and analysis of clients' business operations.
• Pre-incorporation financial planning and advisory.
• Sourcing of debt funds and assisting in debt syndication from banks and financial institutions.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with financial terms and ratios.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Eligibility

• MBA (Finance) with 0–2 years of experience; or
• Chartered Accountant — qualified or semi-qualified — with 0–1 year of experience in the finance domain.
